Wow, tough class Rachel! I'm afraid I called it around the 50 minute mark.... and went into a lovely shavasana. You push us to our limits all the while with a smile and humour. Thank you.

Glad I wasn't the only one who called the progression at the 50 min mark. I went into child's pose then came back in for the stretching and end. My body had nothing left, but maybe next time it will!
