Letting Go: Guided Meditations and Relaxations
The guided visualizations in this album use relaxation, hypnotherapy and yoga nidra to lull you into a calm, deeply relaxed state of half sleep. You may also go on a journey into your senses, explore how to exist with chronic pain or how to encourage a deep, restful sleep.

I’ve been trying the different meditations on this site and find all to help me relax my body and mind to be present and free of life’s worries for a moment. I feel this meditation especially in my body and I am totally relaxed by the end. I keep meditating for a few minutes longer on my own, which I usually a struggle for me do. I’m practicing meditation more on a daily basis with the help of doyogawithme. It has helped me with symptoms of anxiety and depression that I have struggled with most of my adult life. Better than any medication I’ve tried!!! Such a gift!
Being new to the practice of meditation and not being sure what to expect from it, I'm trying to learn to expect nothing except what's actually true; that would be whatever is present at the very moment such as my breath, the scent in the air, the sounds in my environment, etc.
While participating to the first track "Lightness of Being", I found my mind wandering towards tomorrow's troubles with work, today's preoccupations with what to do for dinner, yesterday's interaction with a certain woman of interest. But as this guided meditation went on, those thoughts only occupied my forethoughts for but a tiny fraction of a minute compared to the usual day-long preoccupation.
Very grounding, humbling, and honest. I recommend it to anyone who needs to come back to the NOW.
