Thank you so much for this. The second recording seems to have a glitch in it though where the audio cuts out in places? Is this just me? Thanks again.

I was having a particularly rough day and felt an oncoming headache build, they tend to come on when I am frustrated with people and myself. I couldnt quiet my mind enough to do the Total Body Relaxation meditations, and came across the Loving Kindness meditation and thought I would give it a try. What ails me was mental and it manifested in physical ailment (headache), but following the phrases - "I want to be free from fear," "I want to feel at ease," really helped set my mind in a better place. Thank you, Peter. His voice is soothing and he gives calm, simple, easy to follow instructions. I will begin incorporating more of this meditation during the week. I did this meditation effortlessly and felt I gained so much from doing it.
