Really nice gentle stretches for hamstrings and inner thighs. All seated.
-
Absolutely excellent. Very calming. No cardio, but a little dynamic movement.
Very gentle hip opening. Hamstrings too.
A blanket might be useful as well as the bolster.
-
Lots of breath work, very relaxing, highly recommended

Very quick. Energizing. Good for a quick cardio and brief stretches. Very recommended.
-
Need blocks and strap.
Very nice, lots of forward bends and all over stretching.
-
Another amazing Rachel class.
Exactly as described. Not a whole lot of cardio, maybe 15 mins. So a bit on the short side.
-
The one from YouTube. Great hip releases with no pigeon, which is nice.
At the end, do a supported bridge pose, followed by twists on either side with ankle crossed over knee.
-
Great! Quick pace. Good warm up if you want to do stretches later.
-
-
Edit - quick pace. Not that hard, but definitely not for every day. Great for the hips.
Fast paced. But I did feel a bit energized at the end, even though it was hard.
-
AMAZING. DO IT. Excellent. Quick pace, works all the muscles, including a good core workout with plank.
Even if you only do the first 25 minutes, it's great.
-
Lots of warrior. Great for an easygoing hip opener and hamstring stretching.
-
Great class. No vinyasa but will still get heart rate up.
Lots of strength building. Very recommended as a daily practice.
-
More cardio than muscle. Definitely for a high energy day.
-
Perfect for a non-stressful way to start your day.
-
This is an amazing class.
The first third of the class is done against the wall. It would be best to do that on the bed.
Make sure you have all the bolsters, blocks, pillow, and blanket before you start. You will need them all.
-
SUPER CHILL.
-
Meh. Pretty chill, but quite a few spots where she does poses I can't get all the way into. Long balance section, not a lot of focus on hips and back.
-
Very gentle, very relaxing. Lots of twists, some core work. Very nice.
No cardio, but still some challenges.
Has music in the background.
-
Really nice easy going flow class. Great for days you want to work, but not too hard.
-
Very peaceful, with mantras throughout.
-
More like a Beginner II class.
Loads of twists. No warrior poses. Very lightly aerobic.
Relaxing.
-
-
Really just a slow paced traditional hatha class. Very nice, very calming.
-
Very relaxing, but no focus on hips FYI
Last ten minutes are legs up on the wall, but it's mostly do-able.
-
Very nice. Not very aerobic but lots of general stretching, especially shoulders.
-
Very similar to her hips video, but with more focus on the spine
-
Snail pose = Plow pose
Really great for your back, hamstrings, and hips.
I can really only do up to 39 minutes - after that plow pose
LOTS of forward bends -
First 20 minutes are Yang, the rest is stretching/floor work. Nice All rounder class

Very chill. A few flows, but lots of twists.
