Fun class! Thank you. I could make it into skandasana on my left side but turned into a windmill once I tried on my right. Haha maybe next time.

This class is the perfect antidote to a day sitting in an office all day - super stretches and beautifully slow and calm pace that keeps your head in the practice - definitely adding to a collection!
