Delicious. Perfect way to get a stretch in while baby refuses to sleep :) This is also good to use as a cool down after some cardio!
I love this micro series. 5-10 minutes enables me to stay focused. I'm finding the short focused practice so beneficial to me. Thank you.

I love the concept of this challenge. Sometimes my ego gets in the way, believing that it's not legitimate yoga if I only do 5 minutes.
