This is a great class for stretching and focusing. I noticed I did a good dancers pose on one side. as I was doing great on the 2nd side, my thoughts focused as to how well I was doing, and I lost my balance!

This was a good class to do in the morning just to stretch, especially after I had not done yoga in a few days.

some parts were hard, but it was a good class.

this was an amazing class especially since I was so angst ridden this week. I was hurting both physically and mentally. This class really helped me open up, both physically and mentally. i do not feel as stiff as I did when I started. Tracey was right, I was holding emotion in hips and low back.
