This class begins with a pranayama and meditation practice, then moves you through a smooth, expertly-guided hatha flow sequence that emphasizes effort and release, and finishes with a calming pranayama practice and guided meditation/relaxation. Key Pose(s) include:  Half Moon

In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day. Key Pose(s) include:  Skandasana/Half Squat 

Hormonal peaks and fluctuations around ovulation can result in discomfort for many people. Honoring this fact, Julia has created this class as an alternative to a more active practice at this time. Instead, slow way down and be nourishingly gentle with yourself. Key Pose(s) include:  Reclining Heart Opener

In this class, David teaches you how to do trigger point therapy on yourself, using therapy balls, tennis balls, or whatever you have at home and helping you release the key muscles of the hips and lower back, including the gluts, IT band and hip flexors. Find movement in your body again in this class with Julia. You’ll focus on the tight areas associated with the postnatal period and work to open your chest and shoulders while strengthening your postural muscles. Open your heart and breathe!

This dynamic prenatal practice with Tara encourages the ease and momentum that come with a less linear circular movement vocabulary. It invites you to safely brush up against comfort levels with some of the longer upright squats to practice utilizing breath for ease and perseverance. This class is designed to help athletes during training to 1) prevent injuries, and 2) prepare and recover quickly and effectively. David, a lifelong athlete, massage therapist and yoga teacher, teaches you how to release the most important muscle groups in an efficient and effective way, giving your body what it needs to stay healthy. The primary muscles that he focuses on include your hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, piriformis and IT band.
