Handstands at the Wall
Vinyasa Yoga | 55 min | Intermediate
Instructor: Crista Shillington
This challenging intermediate class incorporates hip openers, lowerbody and core work, as well as handstands. Crista keeps you focused and on track and rewards your efforts with a long and relaxing savasana.
Note: This class requires a clear wall in order to safely participate in the handstand segment of this class.
 
Spiritual Warrior
Jivamukti Yoga | 55 min | Intermediate
Instructor: Jonni-Lyn Friel
Jonni-Lyn guides this lively Jivamukti class, offering a dynamic practice that covers all the bases. It begins with the setting of an intention, followed by a warm up before getting into a series of standing postures, twists, floor work, backbends and inversions. The class finishes with seated meditation. Modifications are given to make this class accessible to yogis of intermediate to advanced experience.

Fiji's new 14-Day Yoga Challenge is a fantastic 2-weeks of daily yoga, but the classes are excellent as stand alone practices. Jump into one of these classes next time you are feeling like an elevated challenge!
 
Yoga Therapy | 44 min | Beginner
Instructor: Nicky C Jones
Nicky designed this class to help ground you in your body, let go of anything that no longer serves you and learn how to trust and reconnect with your inner self. Utilizing guided meditation, intentional breathing, seated and prone postures, this class is deeply restorative and healing. Props are not required for this class, but feel free to use blocks, bolsters, or blankets.
 

Plus Size Yoga | 33 min | Beginner

Instructor: Helen Camisa
This is the class for you if you have weak, injured or otherwise sensitive wrists. The majority of this class tkaes place on the feet and explores a sequence of flowing movements as well as familiar posturess like Warrior 2 and Triangle. Helen guides you through the class without putting pressure on the wrists or weight on your hands.
 
Post-natal Yoga | 52 min | Beginner
Instructor: Sarah-Jane Steele
This postnatal mother and baby class offers a gentle sequence to help you recover from the impact of giving birth, be it a caesarean or natural birth. Sarah-Jane gives special attention to the core and pelvic floor, while stretching the mid body and stretching the weary neck and shoulders.
 
Pre-natal Yoga | 44 min | Beginner
Instructor: Sarah-Jane Steele
Sarah-Jane has adapted a vinyasa practice for mothers-to-be, specifically those who are in the second and third trimesters. This practice includes modified postures that will keep your body strong for the rest of your pregnancy and prepare you for post partum. Stop at any time that you feel lightheaded and/or short of breath. Remember to keep hydrated!

Beginner Yoga For Optimal Lower Back Health Yoga Program

This comprehensive program builds core strength, stretches key muscles groups relatedle to low back pain and encourages the relaxation of the nervous system. Learn how to properly engage the muscles that provide stability and support to the lower back. By learning how to safely stretch your lower back, you will develop a series of effective stretches you can incorporate into your daily practice or other excercise regimes.
