Hello everyone. I just did this class (and loved it!) and found that it is more a Beginner II level than an Intermediate I, so I've changed it. Let me know if you agree!

To me, Intermediate I. Transitions are fast and the practice is muscular.

Intermediate transitions can be faster, but we do have some intermediate classes that are quite a bit slower and more muscular too.
