Wonderful class to start off the day!
I actually followed Sarah's video at the end of a long work day and...it was perfect! Her practice helped me transition from busy work mode to quieter evening time, but not yet ready for sleep. I so enjoyed the feeling of this practice. Thank you, Sarah!
