Thank you so much Satiya. In March of 2019, I embarked on a daily morning yoga routine...with this routine for 1 month. It was this gentle empowering routine that enabled me to connect with yoga as practice.
Today I revisited this practice...very beautiful! "I will reach for you as you reach for me"
