A great use of 19 minutes! Just enough of a challenge to get my blood going!
Thank you so much Satiya. In March of 2019, I embarked on a daily morning yoga routine...with this routine for 1 month. It was this gentle empowering routine that enabled me to connect with yoga as practice.
