Moving with Breath
The best teacher is our breath. In this power yoga class with Tracey, we will plant the seed of listening to the movement guided by breath and open to the inquiry underneath the shapes and postures we build.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Recovering from moderate COVID - day 10, only the 2nd day I've been able to practice since getting sick. This was an excellent reintroduction to my body and my breath, not too strenuous, many opportunities to stretch side body (tight and curled in after a week in bed). Perfect recovery class, I'll likely repeat this one in the coming weeks as I rebuild strength and stamina! Thanks Tracy!
