Office Yoga for the Spine and Shoulders

Under Equipment; you will also need a chair (preferably with a back that comes to shoulder height)
A block may also be required if the chair back isn't very high.
I got caught out with this as I use a standing desk. But the stretches are great and it was nice to have a sit down ;)
I have a shoulder injury. This video really helped to stretch out my shoulder. A lot of the pain is now gone.
