Great class - thank you. I agree with the other person who mentioned that this would be more of a beginner class. Nonetheless, did me right!
At the height of my eating disorder, yoga became something that I punished my body with. Forcing myself into a shape that wasn't natural for me, I injured myself physically and emotionally many times. Helen - my sincerest gratitude for bringing playfulness and compassion into this practice. I'm reconnecting with my true love of yoga through your classes and it has meant a lot to me <3
