Oh man my lower back has been getting mad aches and I have been working out after 6 weeks ofhaving a baby almost 5 months ago and I thought man please let this work. I thank you helping me out I feel so much better a big sigh of relief
Hi David. This is helpful, thanks. Is there any reason I should not use 'happy baby'? It's more comfortable.
This was very helpful. I've found happy baby to be an uncomfortably intense stretch. By the third round of this PNF exercise, however, I felt I could get the soles of my feet closer to horizontal without as much discomfort.
Thanks for mentioning that trembling is OK!
