The pectoralis is a key muscle in so many activities, such as push-ups or chaturanga. It’s also a muscle that can get very tight if we allow the shoulders to drop forward as we stand, move and sit at a desk. This stretch helps release the pectoralis, helping your chest open and your upper back to lift.

Love this. Exactly what I need. One question, the last variation looks like your arm is basically straight above you (I hope I’m correct) when I hold this on my left side I feel pins and needles. Should I stop or just keep breathing through the pins and needles? Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. The pins and needles are a sign that you're body is not happy in that position so move out of it until they go away. With repetition, you may be able to move further into the pose without the pins and needles, as the muscles release.
