I know I could google an anatomy chart for the muscles in the pnf vids to get a better sense and *understanding* of what I am stretching, but consider adding a visual at intro to future videos. I find all these vids helpful.
I think I need to do a bit more reading on PNF as I was a bit confused. Great to have access to these individual stretches.
