Hi David, I’m really curious to see how this technique will help me. I wonder if I’m doing it wrong; you mention I should feel a stretch in the back of the shoulder at the stage of finding that “mild” stretch. I feel it in the front of my arm. I’m also able to lift my elbow slightly, so is it possible I’m not positioned correctly? Thank you so much!
