Hi David,
are you supposed to keep your knee straight? I couldn't 100% tell what you were doing in the video. I also seem to feel this almost fully under my knee and a bit more in the hamstrings, and fairly little in the calves. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I also don't really feel this in my calves, unless I pull and forward fold over my leg.
