This is wonderful. It helps me realize how tight my upper arms are. And it helps release my neck, a perennial trouble spot. Thank you for this series! Especially at this time of quarantine, when I can't go to my regular yoga classes and can't get a professional massage, this PNF series is bringing a lot of relief.

David, thank you so much for this and all your offerings. You are a fantastic, calming, therapeutic teacher,

I have found recently, that I am almost constantly shrugging my shoulders up and forward. My "I'm cold" posture has kind of taken over. This has certainly created extra stress and tension in an area already prone to holding stress and tension.

I have never used PNF techniques before, but it feels as my shoulders have been nourished and even as if I've had a light massage with analgesic.... the simultaneous warming and cooling and calming. I intend to complete this whole series over the next few days at a minimum.

Much gratitude...
