Super Supine: Practice Yoga Lying Down
Practice yoga - without ever leaving the ground! This relaxing and restorative yoga class with Rachel takes you through a gentle strengthening and hip opening practice that you can do (mostly) on your back. It's the perfect class for students who would prefer not to put weight on their hands. Note: You will need a wall and strap for this practice.

A fantastically challenging restorative. It's very core-centric and yang-active. Definitely for new beginners or anyone seeking a passive restorative practise.
