I have been doing this class for years as a little pick me up or prep for more yoga and it's great. It gives me energy, helps me focus on good form, and primes me for more yoga or even a hike. It may not have a full wind down but not every class needs to have the same formula-- especially the ones meant to be quickies. Thanks!
Nice little series, well cued, but I can't lift both my arms straight out in front of me for superman. I can lift one at a time in that pose, but somehow not both. Are there exercises I can do to strengthen whatever muscles I need to do this?
I wanted to do this in the morning to wake me up, but being on the floor so much put me back to sleep.
Great instruction and context - powerful moves but didn't hurt my joints. Perfect!
