Pre-Race Primer
This yoga practice is tailored for runners who are in active training for a race or are looking for ways to maintain mobility and prevent injury. Yoga is a fantastic compliment to running and keeps joints and connective tissues happy and healthy. It also increases lung capacity and recovery.

This is great for beginners or anyone who has tight hips and hip flexors.
