Fairly relaxing and helpful, but at 36 weeks with lower back pain, the side floor stretches at the end were difficult and not comfortable.
Wonderful class with gentle but effective stretches! I’m 25 weeks and this is a great class to relax with. I would love to see more prenatal classes on the site.
