Pregnancy can cause discomfort in many different ways, since the body is changing so much. Two of the more common problems are sciatica and lower back pain. In this program, Sarah-Jane, helps you find relief with an intelligently-designed program of four classes that compliment and build upon one another. The classes target ways to release the key muscles responsible for tension around the spine, lower back and hips, creating the strength and stability needed to support the lower back and in the final class, helping you with neck tension and headaches.

As Sarah-Jane said in her introduction, the best preparation for you is making sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Have pillows, blankets, bolsters, blocks and/or water nearby so you don't have to get up in the middle of class (unless you have to go pee!).
