Through twists, backbends and balances, you are invited to remind yourself of all that you are, while releasing that voice that tries to tell you otherwise.

Wonderfully balanced class for body and mind! Did it in a cold room and got warm enough to remove my sweater. The occasional reminder to let go of my "garbage talk" is what I need - always!
I didn't need the blocks and bolster - use them if they are a part of your practice.
