In this intermediate flow, Andrea guides you to merge the elements you need to find your true north. This challenging seated posture requires open hips and inner thighs, plus both stability and mobility in the shoulders. Note: For this class, it is recommended to have 2 blocks and lots of courage!

While I was not "warmed up" before, I really did not need to be. Andrea took me through a sequence twice before compass and boy, did it feel amazing. I got farther along in compass than I have to date! And, the warm up / sequences leading up to compass are poses and sequences that can be used for other peak poses. One drawback.... No corpse/savasana so if you want / need that, you will want to have another video just for that or just do it on your own, free standing.

Loved it! Andrea's instructions are very clear and make it easy to move into the poses. "This is about as pretzely as you can get in yoga".
