Refine and Align: Compass Pose
In this intermediate flow, Andrea guides you to merge the elements you need to find your true north. This challenging seated posture requires open hips and inner thighs, plus both stability and mobility in the shoulders. Note: For this class, it is recommended to have 2 blocks and lots of courage!

It was nice doing this class after being extremely tense in my hips. The compass pose is a bit challenging, but the class is constructed well leading up to the pose and makes it less intimidating to try it out! Great class! Thank you!

Wow. I had never gotten in to some of the prep poses before this let alone the peak pose. Fun!
