It's been difficult for me to pick my practice up with the craziness of this new year, and this series is really helping! I only wish they were *slightly* longer, but I still walk away feeling like my body and mind got some good yoga practice. Thank you, Fiji—I'm loving the variety and mindfulness!
Fiji, I have been loving this series. With going back to work as teacher (in person), I have been so exhausted that I let myself fall away from my practice. Coming back with this series has felt incredible. And, after practicing against the wall for almost two years, today was the first day that I rose to headstand without the comfort of the wall and didn't fall.
