Wonderful. Praise the cosmos you're doing classes outside again. (<cue heart eyes!>) The scenery and the sounds of the birds around really are magical. And I have to add full agreement that this is an excellent class to come back to if you've been away from your yoga practice for a while! Thank you, Fiji! <3

I love this one! I found this practice to be beneficial with the instruction of connection with the earth and also lifting up in all poses. It kept my awareness on my body and positions and didn't allow time for my mind to wander. Thank you Fiji
