What a lovely practice, thank you.
I love the attention to earth energy and grounding! Also the birds in the background are so nice. I was confused about the use of the block, though. I couldn't tell if it was for modifications of poses or purposeful for all of them. I found the block useful in some poses but downright distracting in others. But then, I'm one of those people who really doesn't like props unless it's specifically for modifications! I spend more time arranging the props for proper alignment than enjoying the pose.
