Satiya's gentle guidance and calming voice are enough to encourage you to relax deeply and let go, even for a short - but sweet - moment in your day. There is no music in this class, so feel free to add your own. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

Thank you, Satiya. That was lovely a gentle way to wake up the body this morning.....I wasn't sure what I wanted but this was perfect and gentle for limited time. I fell very calm and centred and ready for this day now. Namaste. x

I woke up this morning feeling stiff and grumpy after a couple of weeks without yoga. Wasn't sure if a short restorative class would do the job but I was short on time, so decided to give it a try. Wow! Satiya's lovely peaceful voice and calm instructions got me thoroughly stretched out in all the right places. I will definitely return to this one. Thank you Satiya. Namaste.
