Very useful to release tension around neck, shoulders and head. Heart opening, calming. Even when not pregnant to focus on the core with that cue “baby towards the spine” is just so beautiful

I'm not pregnant but this is absolutely one of my new favourite classes! So great for the shoulders, some great hip stuff in there too. Probably even better when pregnant but an excellent class to do either way!
