What You'll Experience
Our peak pose challenges are meant to be flexible, allowing you to do each class when it suits you and feels right. For example, you can do classes back-to-back on the same day or leave two or three days in between. It's totally up to you.

Satiya's slow, careful progression, her mindful attention to detail and her calm energy make this peak pose challenge deeply satisfying. In two classes, she takes you gently, at a yin-like pace, into snail pose (karnapidasana), which is a yin yoga pose that is a variation on plough pose (halasana) and a precursor to yogic sleep pose (yoga nidrasana).
Pre-Challenge Preparation
Even though these classes may feel gentle, you are accessing areas that may not regularly receive attention and you're stretching your body in a deep way. Because of this, you'll want to consider taking a day or two of rest between the classes, depending on how you feel.

I love Satiya's calm voice and guidance. This was an excellent challenge. I am not as flexible as her, but maybe someday!
