  • Great core and Pilates focus. Perfect for recovery getting back in shape.

  • Nice Tracy moves, after meditation start. Unique twists and fallen tree lift. Good for day after run, creative moves and stretch.

  • This is one of the HARDEST classes for me. And a class I just can’t understand. Maybe it’s because the warm up is INTENSE and the pacing is a little odd in sections. It’s not very creative but it’s a hell of a workout and I’ve never gotten through the entire class in one go.

  • Relaxing inward focused class, only movement for less than 30 min. Different nice movements of circles, breath and eyes closed sequence. Ahhhh.

  • LOVE THIS CLASS. New fave. One hour of Christa magic with all elements interwoven together with core, strength and stretch. Do with Apple Yoga Playlist and the hour is challenging bliss. I also did this after a rest day. ;)

  • So good after days of tougher classes. Fun skandasana dance poses and balances I’ve never done before - twisted versions that challenge and stretch. Unique lovely Christa joy.
