I just wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed discovering DYWM. Our niece introduced us to it at the beginning of the COVID stay-at-home orders taking effect, and it has been one of the highlights of the corona journey!
One of my four daughters quickly got into the habit of joining me, and now she is the Yoga Master (or Slave Master), getting us out of bed by 6:30 to do yoga together before she started her remote-learning day of school. Another of her sisters has started joining us as well. Doing daily yoga with your program has been great for our bodies and great fun for our family!

David helps me to have more knowledge about the posture for the back and the correct alignment. His class also helps me to relieve my sciatic pain. With Fiji, I learn to work my body intensively but in a safe way. I've learned new postures and I love her energy. And Melissa, I love her simplicity and sweetness when she gives a class. I've been really happy with your website and sharing with a lot of friends. I love your sleep meditations and have been doing them regularly at night. My children are also doing the meditations regularly and will occasionally join me for a yoga or Pilates session. I've also completed the 7-Day Yoga Challenge (Beginners), the 21-Day Pilates Challenge and I'm now on Day 6 of the 30-Day Pilates Yoga Challenge.

I have just finished my first yoga class and I want to express my deep gratitude to DoYogaWithMe and to Tracey Noseworthy for her really amazing class. I enjoyed this class so much - it was just the perfect thing to get me through this really tough lockdown time. I'm doing DoYogaWithMe practically everyday from 15 minute videos, 3-4 times a day to over an hour. I feel amazing and I know the yoga is really working on my psyche as I seem to be napping! I believe that is because of the breathing and poses that relax my nervous system, etc. I've done your 3-part Meditation Series David and I'm looking forward to trying out some of the yoga classes for kids, as well.

I have been thoroughly enjoying my classes with DYWM. Just to give you a little picture, I am 64 and have been doing Iyengar and Kripalu yoga for about 20 years, approximately twice a week. I have to say that, until now, I have been quite lax in developing a home practice. I say until now because COVID and DYWM have completely changed that! I am now practicing almost daily and finding that I am building strength. I have been especially enjoying Fiji McAlpine and Ron Stewart's classes and I'm working towards completing Fiji's intermediate level classes without pausing. Another one of my favourite teachers is Satiya Channer and I continue to look forward to discovering more classes and more teachers.I will definitely register with DYWM after my 2 months complimentary membership and I've been recommending your website to all of my yoga buddies. I am loving it. Your classes and instructors are truly amazing. I've been enjoying doing one hour yoga every morning since I joined up. I am doing yoga instead of driving to office every morning! Isn't that cool? One of the positives of this terrible pandemic lockdown. I think I'll continue doing your classes when we finally go back to work in the office, on the weekends and when I am away traveling. And every morning when I retire in few years!

I am about a week into the Yoga for Optimal Back Health Program and plan to do one of the 30-Day Yoga Challenges afterwards. There are so many programs and content on this website that I feel I will become a member of DoYogaWithMe for years to come (yes, I plan to renew when my 2 months free is up). I love yoga but I really don't care to go to actual classes. I much prefer to do yoga at home first thing in the morning in my pajamas :)

I have been using videos from DoYogaWithMe for the past couple of years. The last 6 months, I joined a yoga studio and was going on a regular basis but with COVID I am reacquainting myself with your wonderful videos every morning before work - thank you! As for favourite videos - I love Tracey Noseworthy and Fiji McAlpine’s vinyasa/power yoga videos. I would be hard pressed to pick one as my favourite. They are all great!

I have been enjoying a lot the DoYogaWithMe website. I found here a lot of helpful and inspiring videos made by your instructors and my favorite ones so far are Crista Shillington and Tracey Noseworthy, but not only. Due to your videos and practice, I have reinvented my own regular yoga practice and I learnt a lot of new poses. I appreciate the fact that you have offered free subscription due to the quarantine nowadays!! It means a lot to me and I wouldn't have reached the place where I stand today if it weren't for the 2 or 3 weeks of free videos, which maybe I wouldn't have got the chance to follow otherwise.
