I had been using this website since February. Doyogawithme had helped me go through my restlessness and any unsettling feelings. Yoga and meditation had slowly became an essential parts in my daily routine. Thank you, thank you and thank you Namaste

Thank you so much, David, and every team member that makes DYWM possible. Your website has been a key part of my now 12-year practice, not only for regular at-home sessions, but also through carpal tunnel syndrome and some hip issues. You are my go-to source for immediate body and mind relief, and I always recommend you to anyone curious about yoga or already a practitioner looking for on-line resources. ¡Gracias siempre desde México!
I would like to thank you for the videos you have on the website. I do yoga with them twice a day, and it is a blessing for me. I am far in the country and can not afford to get to classes, so these videos are my classes. I challenge myself with more advanced ones... so thank you!
Thank you to everyone at DYWM. For 12 years yoga was an important part of my life. Then I had my first kid and I had less time for yoga. Then I had my second kid and I had no time for anything. For 6 years I was a happy working mom (middle school teacher) but my mind and body were suffering. Now, thanks to DYWM, yoga is back in my life. I physically feel stronger, healthier, and no longer feel like a "bag of mom". Mentally I am calmer, more patient and more open. I could have never have done this without your amazing yoga instructors and classes that I can do in my own time without putting temporal or financial stresses on my family. I can't thank you enough.
I just wanted to send a note to say thank you for all your work these past years. Your videos have enabled me to establish and develop a regular practice over the past 4 years. For that, I am deeply grateful.
I just wanted to send a message of gratitude. I have been using DoYogaWithMe for two years now. I cannot get to a yoga class as often as I would like, and I have been struggling with self-practice. DoYogaWithMe's online classes give me support and holding, as well as providing well-structured, sensitively delivered flows, which always leave me feeling more nourished and at peace than before the practice. DoYogaWithMe provides a wonderful resource and I am very grateful for it. (I am a qualified yoga teacher and appreciate the teaching from that perspective too.) So, thank you to all the teachers who share themselves and their practice so generously here. Namaste.
Hi David. I have been a member of this community for some months, although I wasn't subscribed to the newsletter. In fact, I have been practicing 5 days/week since July, and I even completed the program "from beginner to intermediate", but unfortunately I am not in a position to be a subscriber. Anyway, I would like to thank you warmly for what you are doing with your site: it is the only place where I have found a diversity of good lessons suitable for my needs. All of your teachers (you included, of course) are fantastic, I am learning lots of things and I feel more confident and enthusiastic every day. My goal is to have a balanced and healthy body/mind/spirit, and I know that the way to do it is long and hard, but with your help I feel that I am slowly improving. Thank you again and namaste to you and all your team. Kind regards,
Hey David, Your teaching style, voice and pace, suits my mindset so well. I’ve been doing your classes for years on YouTube and finally tried the website. Working as a Montessori teacher, mail carrier and caregiver for my mom makes finding time to do yoga difficult. Your free videos are the one truly beautiful life giving things I get to empower by stressed out system. A million thanks my yoga mentor! I owe you. I’d like to show my support in the future by purchasing some stuff.
Thank you so much for your great classes! I really enjoy doing Yoga on my own at home where I can decide when I do what kind of class. It gives me a lot to know that I can roll out my mat, find my favourite teachers, be in that moment, and enjoy :) The classes from Tracey and Fiji are especially giving me what I need. Every morning after getting up and meditating, I have 10 to 20 minutes which I use to stand on my mat to find you. THANK YOU for your amazing classes, beautiful smiles, inspiring words, and calming sounds. Namaste
I may have started using your yoga videos in 2015, after bronchitis had made a 6-week gap in my practice. It may have been after the lung surgery that disallowed upper body exercise, in June of that year. Or it may have been after I broke my foot in the fall. I know your peaceful and effective videos were my go-to in 2016 each time I had cataract surgery--I'd even volunteered my favourite (Hatha Seated, Whole Body Flow) to my ophthalmologist to share with other post-op patients. Most recently I'm recovering from retinal laser surgery, and again I feel grateful to you. The above medical history I offer, tongue-in-cheek, because I think of myself as having good health--despite a few chronic illnesses... So often I've felt a wave of gratitude while doing your yoga videos--and now I just hope you sense how great your contribution has been, truly, to my quality of life, during times of special need. I thank you.
I have been a regular visitor to DYWM over the past three years. Since joining the DYWM community, I have never looked back. I have learnt so much, deepening my understanding of yoga through so many amazing teachers, classes and programmes. I had twin boys two years ago, so juggling parenting duties, work and yoga was tricky. DYWM enabled me to reignite my passion for yoga by doing classes before the boys woke up. Having grown in confidence, I then took the giant leap of enrolling to yoga teacher training last year. I am almost qualified and have just launched my website at www.yogadad.co.uk. This course has been transformational, and so much credit is due to DYWM for guiding me on this journey. Rob Reid, Bristol, UK.
My wife and I have various problems with our hips and other parts of our bodies associated with the symptoms of osteoporosis, stenosis, sciatica, arthritis, etc. and do yin yoga daily with Satiya Channer. We are finding this very helpful and therapeutic. We enjoy and appreciate Satiya's calm ways of showing us how to do these moves. It is helping us to ease our pain and stay off of any drugs or surgery. A big THANK YOU to Satiya! We continue to do these different poses daily to start out our day with less pain.
My husband and I are middle-aged, and enjoy taking yoga classes to help remain mobile as we move through our senior years. We enjoy attending beginner yoga sessions at various studios, and we are grateful for the Do-Yoga-With-Me web portal (both the free classes and also the subscription classes!) for helping us maintain a regular yoga practice at home, including on those days when we can't get to town, or during the evenings. The Do-Yoga-With-Me web portal is a wonderful gem; is loaded with yoga sets of various styles, and also offers videos of more indepth instruction on various poses and meditations, that we find helpful. We are enjoying exploring the various beginner classes by different instructors on the portal, and especially enjoy beginner classes led by David Procyshyn, whose clarity of instruction is ideal for our basic level (neither of us is flexible). We also appreciate the beauty of the filming, in various locations and settings. The aesthetics of nature or a beautiful room contribute a sense of peace and well-being, and thus help to create a relaxed space in the mind for our guided yoga practice. We are indebted to the generosity of the good people who have come together to produce this beautiful, free web portal, which is invaluable to anyone wanting motivation to do a regular home practice. We signed up for a subscription, even though the free classes alone meet our needs, to support the beautiful and good work of this group of yogis.
I am a 60 year old woman who has never done yoga. I wanted to try it for years but was too embarrassed to take a class. My husband searched the internet and found Melissa on YouTube. I loved the classes and I am getting better. I subscribed and I am a new member. I reviewed many classes and instructors on the internet and Melissa is by far the best I've found. Thank you Melissa. You are amazing!
Hi, I have been practicing for about 2 years now; however very off and on. This platform has changed my life in the last 3 months or so as it has enabled me to practice consistently. I am currently on Day 16 for the intermediate section of "Transform Your Life 30-Day Yoga Challenge", I plan on doing "Up, Down and All Around" later today. I am amazed by the content on this website. Tracey Noseworthy's spiritual guided commentary and flows has left a mark on the way I approach this practice. Fiji McAlpine's flows and movements are one of kind, I am not that experienced in my practice but for me personally I can say "Yummy", "Rise and Shine", and others are without a doubt some of the best flows I have ever seen. Sarah-Jane Steele, Rachel Scott, and Crista Shillington are also great teachers and I look forward to learning more from their videos. I wanted to say thank you and that the content on here is incredible. I plan on buying access and subscribing when I am not a broke post-grad and I look forward to continuing DoYogaWithMe.
I want to write in sincere appreciation of the entire DoYogaWithMe community. After finishing David's video "Relaxing Deeply" today, I felt enormous gratitude to all the incredible instructors, subscribers, and users of this site. I am blessed and honored to have found this site, because with it I have found some of the best yoga instructors and created the most consistent yoga regimen that I have ever had. The practice has integrated into my life even when I start taking deep breaths in the car after work - long day, short day, or anything in between. Being able to have the convenience at home, high quality instructors, a phenomenal range of yoga types and levels (especially restorative, yin, hatha, kundalini - some of these don't seem as readily available near me), and community commentary to help understand the benefits of each video - it's truly a blessing! I love David's deep release videos!! I don't know how I feel like I get a deep tissue massage afterwards. Overall I just wanted to say thank you! I am so grateful to have found this resource for living a more peaceful, mindful, gracious, and compassionate life. Thank you with all my heart.
I just wanted to send a special thank you to all the teachers at DoYogaWithMe. I have learned so much and am getting better even as I get older thanks to you all. I especially want to personally thank Tracey Noseworthy as her intermediate videos are the ones that I seem to be drawn to the most, and I want her to know that she is reaching this gal all the way to Maine. Best,
When hit with debilitating back pain from a wayward cough (how embarrassing for 40 year-old!), I went in search of good yoga after being away for 15 years. I found David's "A Deep Release for the Hips, Hamstrings, and Lower Back" to be just the ticket. I've always had tight hamstrings. As an added bonus, his soothing words at the end of this one always put me involuntarily to sleep. I haven't had that happen before! After feeling fine again, I searched DYWM for more sequences and found nice videos from Sarah Jane Steel such as "Yin Yoga for the Lower Back", but finally developed a great fit with Fiji McAlpine. Her instructions on compassion for one's body in such a calm, measured voice have been captivating. I recently attended a local, in-person class where I didn't have much fun. That experience confirmed how important it is to be on the same page with one's instructor. For better or worse, the Internet empowers all of us to find our own nano-niches. You hooked me with the free videos; your product is so compelling I decided it was only just to be a supporting member of DYWM. Thanks to the DYWM team for providing the world with your unique yoga instruction.
Hi David Recently I left a review on youtube under one of your exercise class (for sciatica relief). I wanted to thank you for putting this video together because it really helps. I have been spreading the word about it ever since. And just yesterday, a Swedish girl I know got this problem. I sent her url of your video and she got much better. Here is what she has written (it is in Swedish but you can google translate ;)): https://jessicarafiki.myshowroom.se/no-pain-no-gain-sa-han/. It is really amazing what you have done. Your instructions are detailed and clear so it is easy to follow. I also like when you remind to pay attention to something (watch your lower back, etc) because it comes right in the moment I need to watch for it :) The sciatica issues made me to do some lifestyle changes. Just a few months ago I arrived to Ubud in Bali. Since then, I became very sedentary as I work online and wherever you go here you just go on scooter. Nevertheless, since the pain appeared, I started to walk almost everywhere. Taking my son to kindergarten, going shopping or to co-working space. I used to walk a lot when I lived in Prague and so coming to Bali was a huge change for me and I even felt how that sitting is just not doing good to me, like my energy is still. Anyway... I was just thinking to say big THANK YOU! Maybe it might not come to your mind but what you have done really helps people and improves their life (at least mine ;)). And I wanted you to know that. Lots of hugs,
I just wanted to thank everyone at DoYogaWithMe. I able to run and play with my dogs again thanks to your instructors and videos. I am stronger now and do not live with pain anymore. Thank you all so much. Your videos are wonderful and so enjoyable!
