In this final class in the Rising Strong series inspired by Brené Brown’s inspiring guidebook, we put the process - the reckoning, the rumble, the revolution - into practice. We empower ourselves to rise to whatever challenges we have yet to face. We build strength and mobility in our shoulders and upper backs to bravely let our hearts shine. Beautiful series. Thank you for your bravery in sharing something that was obviously very personal to you. And for the record, when I see you on screen I see a strong woman who is an amazing teacher. I always look forward to your classes. I’m glad you are back.

Thank you so much, Deb. What I feel we need most is to be truly seen - not for what we look like, but for what our intentions and purpose are. I do feel strong, so thank you for seeing that. ❤️
