In this second class in the Vulnerability series, inspired by Brené Brown’s Rising Strong process, we begin to rumble with the places in our bodies where we habitually store our tension. We give ourselves permission to release through honesty, stillness, and awareness that is offered through this yin yoga practice. Suitable for all levels including brand new yogis.
