Trigger Point Therapy for the Hips and Lower Back
In this class, David teaches you how to do trigger point therapy on yourself, using therapy balls, tennis balls, or whatever you have at home and helping you release the key muscles of the hips and lower back, including the gluts, IT band and hip flexors. If you are looking for a set of therapy balls or yourself, check out our partner, Tune Up Fitness.

OMG! My body is buzzing after this. Realised I hadn't been getting full benefit of my trigger ball. One for the ITB would be amazing.
this is a good class, however I'm not sure if I'm placing the pressure ball in the correct place. My physiotherapist told me to never place the ball under the bones, so I don't want to create more damage.
I would like to see more of these, thank you. The skeleton view was useful. It would also be helpful if you repeated the instructions on how to find the right spot at the start of every single exercise.
This is a great idea. My hips and back are always very tight. I never thought of a lacrosse ball as being a perfect tool for releasing that tightness. Not sure that I am placing it correctly but no doubt my body will tell me as I continue this practice.
