Helpful. I was surprised how many trigger points this activated for me! I also think massage cream might make it work for better for my dry skin.

Having just learned I have TMJ last year, I was hoping that DYWM would focus on relief for this condition. Although David says it will take about 7 days to feel a marked difference, just doing this class once has relaxed my jaw/neck/face muscles to a noticeable difference. I’ll be doing this one every day!
