LIke a few others, I am usually in the Intermediate 2 camp, but this was just accessible enough that I feel it is adequately labeled as an Intermediate 3 class (they must have changed the label because in the video she says “advanced.”) I’m excited because this is an excellent class to improve my balance and strength and maybe propel me into more Int. 3 and advanced classes. So, if you’re in that similar boat, give this class a try. It definitely opens your hips and wrings you out, and bonus, it will challenge your balance and improve your leg strength for those standing balances.
