Holy cow this class was delicious. My hips are so happy, everything is all good and wrung out. I've had to sit a lot for a few days and the timing for this was so on point. All the blood is finally flowing back to places that were tight -- it's a freakin' miracle. My toes feel like they're buzzing! Ha!

I would agree. To me this seems more intermediate level 2 or 3. Great class on twists and balance! Nice easy pace
