That was fantastic! Really appreciated the intentional movement and slight variations to positions. Great wash and rinse for muscles.
Yay! More pilates! Loved the warm up and stretch on this one.
This is the second class I've done with Kathi. Am finding her style, variety,and unique positions refreshing. But, once again, I find her breathing instructions confusing and often the opposite of what suits my movement flow.
