There was actually a lot of stretching in this one. I thought it was going to be super tough arm and core but it was more stretch and light strength. It was a great class and will definitely come back when I need a good upper body stretching.

Great class, Kathi! My back and shoulders feel terrific! Several moves I was unfamiliar with, but your cues were mostly right on target. I had done a couple of your other classes, so I knew about squishing and rolling the grape, but others might be mystified at first. (Lying on your back, you squish the grape by pulling your low back to the floor. On your tummy, you roll the grape away from you with your nose as you extend up.) Nice job!
