Vision Quest
In this powerful and vigorous practice, Fiji begins the class by warming the body with vinyasa flow and focuses on standing balances, hips and backbends.
This class is Day 3 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Oh what a lesson in humility! I wobbled over so many times in the first part of that practice! I certainly learned along that journey and ended up sitting on my mat laughing at myself which is surely a good thing!
