A Beginner Warrior II Practice
This beginner hatha yoga class has Helen taking you through an exploration of warrior II before closing with some stretches on the floor. You will see that this class is the combination of a few of Helen's shorter classes from her Absolute Beginner series including: From Sitting to Standing, Warrior II, From Standing to Sitting and Reclined Poses.
