What Can Our Hips Teach Us?
In this class with Jonni-Lyn, we ask ourselves: What can our hips teach us? Can we open and go further, perhaps lifting into an arm balance? Or maybe we need to back off and give ourselves time and space. Through this practice we will start to open our hips with some sun salutations, standing poses and hip openers. We'll also explore an arm balance with these open hips and then move into our final relaxation and short seated meditation.

The whole class is fantastic but sometimes I come and just skip to the hip opener parts when I have 10 minutes and need to loosen my hips!
This class is fantastic! It helped me a lot to reduce the pain in my hips (I suffer from sacroiliitis and every now and then I have discomfort). In addition to the stretches being very helpful, I loved closing my eyes in some of the asanas. Thank you Jonni-Lyn!

Thanks for a great class! So true we do not listen to our inner voice enough. "Patience" is what came over me when I first closed my eyes. That will be my mantra for today. Be Well, namaste
