A Whole Body Challenging Beginner Hatha Flow
David guides you through a full-body, slow-flow hatha yoga class that first establishes your core stability, and then moves you through a series of standing poses that gradually increase in difficulty. This class will help you release your whole body, with a particular focus on the hips, hamstrings and lower back.

Excellent class with slow and deliberate poses. David's guidance is always excellent and he is at his best here! Glad balancing is included though a bit challenging—something I need to continue to work at. Good for beginner and intermediate levels, too.
